Kuvaus

ICONFIT BCAA 2:1:1 is a branched-chain amino acid complex with a higher amino content than many competing blends. The 2:1:1 ratio focuses on leucine with isoleucine and valine.

Use as a simple training-day amino drink when you want BCAAs without a full protein shake.

Käyttöohje

Mix 7g of powder (1 measuring scoop) with ~150-300 ml of water and consume within 30 min. Recommended 1x per day before or after training.
